Wow August already. But I have everything done except the purple throw. I am working on a very lacy lime green shawl for something different. On Thur nites at the coffee shop I do cloths & bookmarks as they are fast & easy.
How is everyone doing on their WIPs... sure feels good to be basically caught up. I will alternate between the shawl & the throw. I am babysitting the little Chi guy Beaner this wk so a bit hard to knit.
I sit on the porch when they are outside or the 3 of us sit on the recliner & I read. He likes to walk across or sit on the bottom shelf of my knitting table. Sophia never does that. She is Very respectful of my yarn, knitting & my toys. He just wants a lot of attention. He was a rescue & boy did he get the right home. He has his own spiderman couch (the little pet couch, his own bed next to their bed (one of those love seats like a couch with only one end that angles up). Quite a little guy! But still have to watch him around people he doesn't know or men. He was kept in a garage & I think he was kicked at because he didn't like feet - now he will curl up with your foot well ok my foot as his pillow.
I knit when they are napping or when I can but it will be really slow this wk. Know how you with children & grands feel lol
