What a cool idea! I love those!
It looks like a glove so your hand goes inside, right?
Those will be a great gift! You know, they would work good for co-workers too. Hmmmmmmmmm You give me ideas. Not that I have time to make any right now, but what a neat gift. |

Ladies
They are pretty easy and fast to knit up..
The pattern can be found here at Berroco wedsite.
And Walmart has the Ice Scrappers for 10 cents each.
Couldn't find any 10 1/2 DPN's, so I made some out of dowels..
Didn't want to wait for an online order.. |

Thanks, Miss Kitty!
From that site, I might be able to come up with a crocheted version. |

| Clever idea and a really good one! My gloves always end up with the ice all over them, then my hand is cold. This way, you just take it all off! WTG! |

If I had to scrape ICE here I'd be all over these . . . I'm not even sure I can buy ice scrappers down here.
I'll have to wander over to automotive next time I'm in Walmart. These would make great gifts next year.
Great job on those Miss Kitty! |

Oh sure, make us feel all warm and fuzzy when there's snow coming down here. I'll keep thinking 'Florida, Florida'. If I kick my heels together 3 times will I be transported there?

I saw on your blog all the lovely white stuff you got up there - ugh - what a mess. After living here for 10 years . . . I still remember the concept of snow . . . but living with 2 feet of snow is such a distant memory, that I forget what a total pain in the behind it is.
I've sort of been in a no-news fog, so I really wasn't aware of all the snow storms going on. I just caught up on my family's blogs & they're dealing with ice & snow & freeze warnings too (these are who the scrappers will be for NEXT Christmas - if I start now ).
If ya'll are traveling in that mess for the holidays . . . please be careful. |

We got another 3-4 inches overnight! According to the weather folks, we'll get more. Spokane got 2 feet and expecting 10 inches more! I feel bad for them. They are 130 miles north of us.
