Knit Baby Boy Sweater Set

I finally finished this set today. I don't believe it myself. This is for my (not yet born) nephew. The baby shower(s) were yesterday and today. But... as they were over 2,000 miles away, I couldn't go...
Anyway I used a different pattern for each thing. I was hoping it would *go* together better, but I still think it looks ok. The sweater: An old Crafting Traditions magazine, The booties: Socks, Socks, Socks book ("Sockies"), the hat: "Surprise, Chapeau!" from "Minnowknits".
One more project I can cross off my WIP list~ yay!~ Only a million more to go....

aww sorry you are so far away from them.
However the whole outfit looks great and I am sure they will love it..
I was just there in July, so I got to see her baby belly (this is her first baby), and the baby's room.... I just probably won't get to meet him until he's over a year old, like my other nephew...
I'll just have to send him packages in the mail. When he finally gets to meet us he'll be like, 'You mean Aunt Tina and all the cousins I keep hearing about.... They're REAL?'

They all look good together. Too bad you can't get to see them more often. It is tough. But maybe a web cam for Christmas?
