Well, I went and did it. I just had to click on the link to Mystery Stole 3 that was on one of the blogs I read . . . I couldn't resist signing up for this, even though I've never joined a KAL like this before.
3 Days later The Yarn Harlot posted that she'd signed up. This KAL has exploded. There's over 6,000 people signed up so far.
If anyone's interested . . . signups are open until midnight tonight.
I'm using 100% Cashmere lace/fingering weight (Black) with peacock colored beads.
I'll post pics when I get a littler farther. I just got my yarn in yesterday, so I'm not that far into the pattern yet.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat here . . . but this was just too tempting to pass up.
Looks like my babyghans will be taking a back seat for awhile . . .
Along with my Cardinals graphgahn . . .
At least I can still work on my socks in the car |

| I signed up for it but left. I can't knit worth a squat. I found my needles and tried I really did but it made me a nervous wreck so I am going to stick with my crochet. I do love how you can make such delicate pretty things with knit though. Can't wait to see your finished stole:) |

Can you see my boo-boo?
I just want to cry. I am terrible at fixing lace & I'm not sure I can live with the mistake either. . . The thought of starting over is very daunting.
I got over confident and removed my life line at the start of Clue 2. Go figure . . . that's where I'd make my mistake.
I guess I have to figure out if I'm brave enough to TRY and fix it, live with it, or frog the whole darn thing and start over.
I'm going to sleep on it I think. |

Here's the boo-boo on Clue 2
Here's the corrected Clue 2
Clue 3 all finished. This clue went a lot smoother. |
