I used to love reporting my WIPS on Wednesday's but somehow I got out of that habit. So here I am trying to revive it so I can get my blog moving again. (That poor thing is pretty neglected these days!)

I started a doily last night for my mother. It's doily #23 from 'The Best of Patricia Kristoffersen'. She has an oval table so I wanted to make her an oval doily. I'm worry about my gauge. I went up 2 of 3 hook sizes because I usually crochet so tight and I won't know until round 6 if I'm doing ok or not. It looks like I'm a little off right now but I'm hoping because I do not want to re-do the beginning of this one!

I'm working on a felted scissor case from 'Felted Crochet' by Jane Davis. I made one for someone else in a swap but I wanted one for myself so here I go again. My mom gave me tons of misc wool skeins so I had to do something 'felty' Is that even a word? with them cause I love to felt!

I have some other projects here waiting to be worked on but they are more UFO's than WIP's at this point. I'm hoping to get started on them soon.

I'm also getting ready to start a cat's graphs ghan I'll be doing with the graph ghan CAL here at the Mania!

Feel free to steal the blinkie but be sure to host it on your own server. I made it a long time ago so it's not a true blog button. All I had to do was add the Mania info. I can re-work it late to make it a blog button instead if anyone really wants one.

Ok...that's it for me...who's next?

Last night my DH took out some boxes for me so I could find material for the dolls I have to start making, after the fourth box I found what I was looking for...But we had to go though the rest of them.. Granddaughter [ won't let me put in the two letters ,,,,/ puts in 4 comas instead]was having a great time going though the boxes taking out things she wanted. She is going to need another suitcase to go home with...

Been teaching Granddaughter how to knit. She is making a dishcloth for her other GM.
We are having fun. She sewed a pillow for her dad out of Longhorn material and a small one for Grandpa.. Now she is going to make them both a Dallas one.( She found some material in my stash last night).

So we are busy Girls over here...... I'll get back to my Graph Cal soon...Hopefully.
