It's Wednesday!!! Just checking up to see what everybody's working on..
Or did you finally finish it?
We alll would like to know..
Me-
Needles ~ Mystery Socks Clue # 2. - Really have to pay attention on what I'm doing now..
~ Making a pattern for baby socks. Thinking of a heel for it. Think I'm going to go with a k1,sl1 kind of heel and see how it looks..
Hook ~ I'm taking out Big D's blanket and start working on that again.. I have til September to get it done. Going to take it up on your Green Chili run instead of shipping.. If I don't start to work on it now I'll never finish on time. The way I keep putting this in the UFO pile..

I have finally finished the hangers I had promised and some for Mothers Day gifts. Went to get the thread for the Fairy doily and have to drive 20+ miles to find a selection or go the mail order route. I am starting the baby afghan. I have seen soo many wonderful patterns lately it is enough to make your head spin. Got catalogs in the mail with new yarns. We crocheters and knitters just love and drool over thread.

I have finished one sock. Working on the other. I used ww yarn so it's more like a slipper. I ordered knit picks 40 inch circs in the nickle plate. I used the magic loop to make the one sock and really liked that. I got a book that shows how to make 2 socks at once with the magic loop so I needed the longer needles. I finally mastered continental knitting. I just need to pick up speed. I am looking for some more difficult patterns to learn some other stitch increases and decreases. I just don't know what I want to knit. I thought about some baby hats but then again I need a real short circ for that.

I am working on a lapghan for the Pine Ridge reservation. I half half of the squares done and can feel burn out coming on. Maybe I'll do some more wheelchair totes; they go fast.

I am working on baby hats for a charity a long. I have not finished my knitted tank yet. I put it aside to work on the hats because I have a deadline for those. I am doing the straps on the top. Then I have to seam it up.
