I love pineapples and had been eyeing this vintage pattern....just had to make one!!
It's called "Pink Pineapples", made with pink (had to be pink) #10 thread and #10 hook.
The pattern can be found on the Celtwich website.

Hi Lorraine.....why don't you give thread a try....start with a larger thread and hook...it's not hard at all. By the way, I see you are in the same area of the country. We are only about 180 miles apart.

For some reason when I crochet with thread I get confused about where to put my hook. 
I joined the kitchen swap so I've been practicing with cotton. I'm doing better with the cotton but I still need to practice if I'm going create anything that can be sent to another crocheter! 
Jacksonville is sometimes called South Georgia! We could meet in the middle! |
