I Miss Kitty challenge you to make the most 8-inch squares.
You will make the 8-inch squares and send them to Kathy for the CrochetMania For Charity.
Everybody can join with any amount of post.. You just need to be a member of the Mania.
You have untill September 14 to sign-up. The Contest starts September 15-October 20.
Packages must be in the mail by October 20.
Whoever sends Kathy the most squares will win this~
to knit and crochet. ( I peak and I love this book)
and
Lacis Ergonomic Crochet Hook~size 7.( between a G and a H)
I will give 10 days for the packages to arrive. So by November 1 we will announce the winner!!!!! Or as soon as Kathy gets all of them...

I'm in! Sounds like a fun contest for a very good cause.
Question: Are plain granny squares acceptable? I find them easy and relaxing to make, but I understand if you want something with more "style" for the blankets.

Granny squares are fine I don't see why not. They are a square!!!
