The left-handed video on granny squares was so helpful, I decided to look for some more.
There are several videos: chainless foundations for DC, HDC, and Single,
plus one for a striped "beanie" (a cap). Then, ripple double, the granny square which Kahud posted, and a solid granny square.
Then, front post-back post DC and then the basics:
