My god kid's 4th og July outfits(IMG HEAVY)

Okay I only had 5 days to complete these for my god kid's and here is what I came up with. These halter tops ae from Jaybird's Designs called Girl's Triangle Halter tops. Here are the front of them:
here the back of them, for the ties that go around the back I used ribbon instead of crocheting a long chain, I then sewed the ribbon down so they can't pull them out:
here is the outfit I made for my god son who hardly ever gets anything crocheted from me. The top I made using one of his t-shirts as a guide and the shorts I got the pattern from Momma Wears Blog, the shorts are for girl's but if you leave out the ruffles it can be for boys too:
the top has a white stripe on either side. Okay now here they are in their things. First off is Lucy in her halter, this is the front:

and here they all are together in the door which is my fav pic of them, the little girl in the pic is named Lailey their mom babysits her:
The funny thing about when I brought their stuff to them, is when my God daughter's put on their halters they then turned to me and asked,"Momma Dee where are our skirts?" I always make skirts to match the halters I make for them but I only had 5 days so I didn't have time. Right before I left their house my youngest god daughter comes up to me, taps me on my arm and when I looked down at her, she puts her hands on her hips and says to me," Momma Dee I'll be expecting the skirt to this halter in one to two weeks". Me and her mom was shocked all I could do is laugh and tell her and her sister I will have some skirts for them in acouple of weeks lol. Well what do ya think for only 5 days?
