I know that there has to be a lot of little goblins and turkey's and such being made about now. It's that time of the year

Probably some Christmas things being made too.

Well, I'm very happy

to say that I've made it in under the wire for October by finishing up my cotton ripple last night! I am so pleased with the results and I used Mission Falls 1824 cotton, a size I hook, and the finished measurment before blocking is 40" wide by around 68" long. The pattern came from Family Circle Crochet magazine, fall 2006 issue.

This ripple is so light and airy when it's on my lap but yet it's still very warm

so it would be great for someone who doesn't like acrylics or who may be allergic to wool. Finishing up this baby leaves the path wide open (which is a darned good thing) for 3 Christmas gifts I want to complete. Wish me luck!

P.S. I'm sorry this picture is so large....I tried several times to get it to show up in a smaller size but it wouldn't work for some reason....

That is very pretty Laura, and the pic is just fine on size

I usually do not make to many ripples but I do like that one.
It's the color combo that makes it pretty to me. I like it
