Baby BibHello,
Has anyone made this bib?
http://www.elmore-pisgah.com/Baby%20Bib.htm
Im having a problem figuring out how to do row 8. In row 8 im supposed to repeat row 5, and I should increase 3 stitches evenly. If I increase in row 8 like I did in row 5 I will have more than 3 extra stitches.
How should I increase in this row?

What I think it would mean is to add one extra hdc
about midway of the row. You will be increasing one on each
end when you do the 2 hcd's like in row 5.
Adding one more about midway of the row would equal 3 increases.

Kathy im still not sure how this goes because row 5 doesnt have the 2 hdcs in the beginning and last hdc, some rows say you do the 2 hds in first and last stitch but not row 5, heres the instructions for that row;
Row 5 Still working in back loops, 1 hdc in first 3 hdc, 2 hdc in next, work to last 4 hdc, 2 hdc in next stitch, 1 hdc in last 3 hdc, ch 3, turn.
Row 5 starts off with 1 hdc in first three and 1 hdc in last 3. In row 8 im supposed to repeat row 5 but have 3 extra hdcs when its done. So Kathy youre suggesting that I start row 8 with 2 hdcs in first an last stitch still. I also do this kind of increase in row 10. Once I figure out the increase for row 8 and 10 ill be ok. Any suggestions?

Row 5 Still working in back loops, 1 hdc in first 3 hdc, 2 hdc in next, work to last 4 hdc, 2 hdc in next stitch, 1 hdc in last 3 hdc, ch 3, turn.
Row 8 repeat row 5, increasing 3 stitches evenly
So in Row 8 you would; Still working in back loops, 1 hdc in first 3 hdc, 2 hdc in next, work half way, 2hdc in next st, work to last 4 hdc, 2 hdc in next stitch, 1 hdc in last 3 hdc, ch 3, turn.
Then you would have 3 stitches evenly in that row..
