Continued Prayers for my HusbandMy Husband had surgery yesterday to remove the infected Thymus. When the doctor went in he found that the Thymus had died and was totally hard like a stone. In removing the thymus he found that it had
infected a small portion of his lung and formed a tumor which he believes
he removed the whole thing but has to keep checking this because these
tumors are not treatable by Chemo or Radiation. On top of it that part
of the thymus was resting on his heart also and the doctor was able to
scrape off the small tumor that was forming!! Thank God that all this
was done on time!!

Thank Youfor all the prayers and well wishes, I really appreciate all of them. I thought that when the doctor said he had removed a piece of the lung and scraped the heart that he was removing tumors. As it turns out he cut
these out to do biopsies on them. I have not heard the results yet and
am afraid to ask. He ( the doctor) is probably waiting to to tell us the results once my husband is healed. Hopefully he didn't find any more cancer!! My husband is doing well. The pain seems to lessen a little each
day and he was moved from the ICU to another room today. He might be out of the hospital Wednesday or Thursday.
Again, Thank you so much for the thoughts and prayers sent to our family!!
