Mom w/a Motif

Crazy Casserole Topper (A Duck)I recently bought Cupcake's pattern (in title) at her etsy store. I made the duck.
I made it with acrylic. I read that acrylic will melt if used on a hot pan/dish. Oh well. Maybe if I just use it for the lid. (I think that might be what they were meant to be used as, hence the name 'toppers'...) 
Anyway it worked up quick and I think it's so cute. Thanks for looking.

The duck turned out very nice. Her patterns are always cute. Yeah, I'd bet the acrylic would melt if you used it to take out of the oven. But after it cools a little, it will certainly add some flair to the table setting!
