Liked your blog, but am sad to hear of the empty nest
feelings. Sending your DD off to college makes you wonder where all those years went! But before you know it, she'll be home with your favorite thing to do- her laundry! Or calling you for mo' money Mom! My best to you and yours as you adjust. My thoughts are with you. |

I have a few years yet before my kids go off from home,
they are young teens. But my good friend has had her 21 yo son join the Navy and leave this spring, then her daughter got married in June. She tells me it is weird to come home to an empty house. Always expecting those voices calling her for something. I feel for you. |
