Great job on that Michele. It's beautiful. I've drooled over that doily for a very long time. I'm like Gina though, I don't know if I'd ever be able to finish it.

So dainty, lacy and pretty. I love the beaded touch! Now you've got me wanting to make a doily!!! That's not good for me.....I have too many UFO's and WIP's as it is!!!

Trish ..... I'm so glad you liked your doily I really enjoyed making it for you. It sure did a fantastic job of relaxing me before and after my son's wedding. I was worried that the necks wouldn't hold up during shipping but I see that the stiffie did it's job

Michele, the necks held up just fine!!! I did iron out the tips of the pineapples cuz they were ruffled a bit, but it's absolutely beautiful!!!

Sorry ladies, but I didn't use beads . . .  those are the pins I used to block them with .
I'm really new to doilies, and didn't think to take a picture after I unpinned them.
They were really fun to make though. I'm not a big fan of thread, but it was fun to work outside of my comfort zone.

I recieved them on Saturday but this is the first time I'm able to really get online
