I got a set of 0-11 bamboo 6 inch dpn's for $18.00 on Amazon.
You need 0-4 (usually) for socks.. I really like the bamboo needles.. I have a bookcase next to my chair. I have my meds, phone, candy, 3 little containers- stitchmarkers 1 knitting- 1crocheting- 1 odds and ends, Notebook of Option circular needles, Pencil box DPN's, Set of Clover hooks in a case.. So I just have to move my yarn in here or knock down the wall.
