Hi everyone it is great to be here!!

I have been crocheting for over 40 years and crocheting is my sanity!!

I have two children,
a daughter age 30 and a son who has been in the Air Force for 12 years
now. I also have a 13 year old grandson who has changed into someone
I don't know overnight. Hopefully we will survive these teen years!! I mostly crochet for Charity, mostly for babies in need. Have a great

Joann! It's awesome to have you here:) I am Peggy and live in FL with my dear hubby and dear daughter. LOL she turns 14 Tuesday:) Some days I feel like we are watching the invasion of the body snatchers but then the dd I know comes out to play and I know we are ok. The teen years are so hard for them and us.
I love to crochet, my mom taught me as a teen. I have tried knitting but it just drives me nuts lol. One day I will get it. If I didn't lose stitches I would be ok. LOL hate doing all that work to find holes where they aren't meant to be.
It's wonderful to have you here. I hope you come and play with us often. If you need anything just holler. I don't know about the email option of answering posts but our leader Kathy will be along and I am sure she will know. Hugs:)

welcome to you from here in Kentucky.
I am a stay at home wife and I have been crocheting for over 30 years.
Hubby is a Door Greeter at one of our super WalMart (there are 2 of them here in BG).
I have two boys ages 21 and 23. My oldest is going to school studying to become a Radiographer. He works at the Subway right now in the Mall.
My youngest is a stocker at one of our Kroger Stores.
I have a small online shop that I sell my handmades, mostly all crochet right now, but I have just recently learned how to knit and I hope that soon I can knit fast enough that I might can add some of my knit things too.

There is one way to be able to post here from your email site.
You can subscribe to all threads that you want to keep up with
(scroll down to the bottom right on any page and you will see where you can click on "Watch This Topic")
and also on the index page at the top right of all the forums, you can click on "Watch all forums for new topics".

That way you will get an email whenever anything is posted in that which you have subscribed to. You can also set your login to stay logged in on your computer. I know mine will always give a pop-up window asking me If I want to stay logged in. I always click yes.
But whenever I clean my cache, I have to re-login.

You can just click on the link to the new post there in your mail box and go right to the post.

Welcome to the Mania! This is a fun group and will help you on the insanity provoking days! We love to laugh, tease, share and crochet. Plus like Kathy I am a novice knitter. So you'll see some of that going on too. Teens-ugh. I have two, 17 and 15, both boys. I think they are easier to deal with than girl teens would be, but that's just my little opinion! Hang in there!

I work from home. I'm one of the knit and crocheters around here.
We have fun here and enjoy to see project that others are doing and finish. "We love pictures"..
I'm married and have 3 girls ( 2 are furbabies) and 1 boy. 5 grandkids.( all in their teens).
The youngest just turned 13 the oldest is 17 and graduating HS..

Hello Joanne! Welcome. You will love it here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am A Nurse and work full time. I have two grandsons I love. 13 and 11. The 13 year old is beginning to go thru changes. Hopefully we will all survive. I have crocheted for years. I have always given things as gifts. I just recently made myself a few things. Enjoy crocheting.
