I sure could use some help with this one!I know this is probably so easy but I just can't get it! :???:
It's Row 3 and I think if I can get it then I can get the rest of it!
I understand the "stitches". I only added them for clarification.
ROW 3: Sc in first sc, + *(FPTR around post of next st 2 rows below, sc in next st) 2 times, * tr in ch 1 sp on beginning ch, sk 1, sc in next st, ch 1, sk 1, sc in next st, tr in same sp as last tr, sk 1, sc in next st, rep between *'s, +(picot sc in next sc, in next st) 15 times, rep between +'s, (picot sc in next st, sc in next st)17 times, rep between +'s, (picot sc in next st, sc in next st )15 times, rep between +'s, ch 1 turn.
What I've highlighted is where I'm getting messed up.
I can usually figured out a pattern by the picture but his picture isn't that clear. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated! 
Stitches:
Picot sc - insert hk in next st, pull up a lp, (yo, draw thru 1 lp on hk), 3 times, yo, draw thru both lps on hk.
Front Post Tr (FPTR) - yo twice, insert hk from front to bakc around post of stitch indicated, yo and pull up a lp even with last st worked and complete st.

Looks to me, without seeing what row 1 instruction looks like is: after you do the FPTR and sc twice, you do a TR in row 1 chain. Apparently there must be a chain one in row one for you to make this stitch in. Then sk one and sc in the next stitch for row 3, ch 1, sc again for row 3, then go back and make another tr in the space on row 1 you made with a tr a few stitches back. Without the instructions for row one, this is only a guess!

I agree with Tx crochetlover's explanation. Without seeing the full pattern one would assume that this would be the way to do this.

ROW 1: Sc in first ch from hk, sc in next 6 chs, ch 1, sk 1, sc in next 43 chs, ch1 sk 1, sc in 47 chs, ch 1, sk 1 sc in next 43 chs, ch 1, sk 1, sc in last 7 chs, ch 1, turn.
ROW 2: Sc in ea st and ea ch 1 sp across row. Ch 1, turn.
ROW 3: Sc in first sc, + *(FPTR around post of next st 2 rows below, sc in next st) 2 times, * tr in ch 1 sp on beginning ch, sk 1, sc in next st, ch 1, sk 1, sc in next st, tr in same sp as last tr, sk 1, sc in next st, rep between *'s, +(picot sc in next sc, in next st) 15 times, rep between +'s, (picot sc in next st, sc in next st)17 times, rep between +'s, (picot sc in next st, sc in next st )15 times, rep between +'s, ch 1 turn.
ROW 4: Sc across row. Ch 1, turn.
It's only ROW 3 I'm having trouble with!
