Katchkan's Bullion Stitch Pincushion testedI had the privelege to test another of Kathy's beautiful creations. This is her latest work. I always wanted to try bullion stitch and this is a great piece to try that stitch. Kathy suggested using an inline hook for working with the bullions but I didn't have one so I used my old reliable IMIA steel hook in size 7. I sweated over the bullions since it was hard without the inline hook but I persisted. The hardest part was the bullion edging which took me hours because I had to frog it several times. lol!
