I make my girls' 4th of July tops every year. We have a lake lot that has a huge golf cart parade and they throw candy etc. I used I Love this Cotton from Hobby Lobby
We have a great time. Here are what my girls will be wearing:

We use to have a resort in Wisconsin. Every Fourth of July big parade.. Had lots of fun...

I like the softness of "I Love this Cotton", too.
