My Great Sock Yarn Find on EbayThe other day I was killing time on the computer  & thought I'd drop by Ebay and type in "Sock Yarn" to see what came up. I tend to do this from time to time just to see what's available.
I stumbled upon quite a few items from the same seller that were due to expire in minutes. None of the items had any bids on them, so I put up low bids on each of the skeins . . . never dreaming I'd win them all . . .
Surprise! Looks like I'll be busy for a while! The purple is 100% wool, the big skein is 100% superwash wool, and the rest is 75% superwash wool/25% nylon. I paid for it Friday & it was sitting in my mailbox today! I couldn't believe it. Not only that, but the seller refunded the difference in shipping that she had invoiced me for . . . turns out it was cheaper than she expected. I've NEVER had that happen before.
I've only got one more sock yarn order pending (for a special gift I had to custom order yarn for), then my stash should be happy for quite a while!

Wow, that is a great find!! And how nice of the dealer to refund some of the shipping, I've never had that happen either.
The yarns are beautiful!
