My Seraphina ShawlI finally have another WIP finished. I joined the shawl cal last summer and didn't start it because I had just not found the right yarn. I finally found the right yarn last week. I made this shawl with Patons SWS in Natural Earth colors.

I absolutely love the SWS. I just have to remember to handwash it in cold to keep it from felting. I am planning on using more of this to felt some things with.

That is simply gorgeous! You found the perfect yarn for that shawl! How many skeins did it take? I'm so jealous! I have started this shawl several times but the way it's written confuzzles me. So I gave up.

Gina~~
I believe that I ended up using 8-9 skeins of yarn for this. I have to admit that the first 7-8 rows threw me and you have to follow them very carefully but after that it really flies.

Gorgeous!
I love those colors too! Great job. I might have to attempt one of these too. I've heard that it's tough at first but once you get the pattern down, it's quick.

Beautiful!! You definitely found the perfect yarn!
This has been on my list of things to make for a very long time. Looks like I might have to move it up the list a little!

Wow! that's so pretty. Worth all the wait. The yarn looks delicious and the colours are too pretty. One of the best of Saraphina shawls I've seen so far.
Yasmin.
