weather here in western washington cold damp and snow/rain mixture at times other times clearing stupid weather can not make up its mind

We got snow. Then we got snow. Then we got snow, sunshine and lots of wind!
Snow on March 28th!! 
That's absolutely unheard of in SE Washington! Mother Nature is changing the rules on us here, and she needs to stop it!
