New WIPThis will proably take me as long as the last thing I made! But I'm game for trying it. I am making the cover pattern on the Crochet Me book I bought a while back. I am using a Bernat Satin yarn in a darker blue than shows on the cover.

Has anybody made that pattern, and do you know if there is any errata to be found on it?

The pattern stitch is pretty easy. The measurements are tricky though, cause I used the small for the gauge and the beginning of the back. Now I am on the arms and I added stitches for medium so it won't be so snug on the arms. The Bernat Satin is very nice to work with. I have had to adjust my light source since my couch is not in the same place since we rearranged the furniture. I was used to working with the light from the window, but now I have no window! LOL! So, the lighting plays a bigger part in being able to see the BLO and FLO to make the next row.

Well, I had to give this up. I was about half way through and for the life of me I can't figure out how on earth it is going to end up a sweater. I do believe this is just beyond my expertise. So, now what am I am making? Yeah, the old stand by, a baby blanket! http://www.anniesattic.com/crochet/detail.html?prod_id=21940

Yep, I just couldn't do the sweater. Oh well. I tried! On this baby blanket pattern, you use a chart and you have to finish off at the end of each row. It calls for leaving 6 inches for fringe. But seeing as how I don't like fringe I am weaving in the ends. I have to get busy on this as I think I will need it for a shower in late April. I worked on it a little at the getaway, but haven't touched it this week at all! LOL!

You are going to have a lot of weaving to do! At the end of every row?!?
