The blue tiles were already there and I didn't like them.....not a big fan of blue in the house (although dh is). I found some 'tac paper' at the dollar store. It was the non sticky kind that feels kind of rubbery. I cut the apple squares out of paper. Then I used some 'porous' glue and glued them onto the squares. DH thought I was crazy and that my idea would never work but they're still there.......sticking on my wall!!!

I saw them on your blog! I like your kitchen. I meant to say (but I didn't want to post any more comments~ LOL!!), the blue almost looks grey. In fact, I thought it was grey, until I read that you said it was blue. Anyway I hope you will get a lot more apple things to put in your kitchen. (I know of at least one coming your way..) You have me looking for apple stuff wherever I go now...
