this time of year is stressful for alot of people but more so for those who have lost a loved one and its the 1st christmas. right now my family is falling apart before myeyes. seems that no one knows how to be civil anymore and always complaining and putting others down, is heart breaking to see this and to be the one it is happening to. and to top it all off we are sick with chest colds and not gettin much better. fil is so sick he can't even swallow very well but he won;yt go to the doc so i don;t really have much of a say with him. and this year monetary has been reallllly hard. unexpected bills(daughters root canal) has made things tighter than ever. and whats bad is we are poles apart. hubby and son are on me ALL the time about cleaning the house and i do the best i can but i can't do it all i just can't, not if i want to be able to move that night. and while this house is messy its not dirty its not llike i have food all over the floor and half eaten things gathing dust, is just messy cause we have to much stuff which i am trying to sell some of it on etsy and will be doing it on ebay soon. why can't they just have patience. tonight hubby threarened to leave me i said fine go
so who knows if he will come home tomorrow., right now i don;t care i am sick and im tired of his nagging me sorry to vent so long i guesse i have reached the end of my endurance. soooo please oh please pray for my family and marrieage

And I'd agree, throwing a 30 year marriage away for a messy house is dumb, if he comes back talk to him and tell him how you feel? You guys need to be able to talk about stuff, communication is key in any relationship...

So sorry to hear about your family members not being very nice. Wow, if being messy was a criteria to leave, my dh and I would have been history early on.

He is a major packrat and it does bother me a lot, but at least we have 3 times the space now than we had for 15 years, so I try not to dwell on his having tons of stuff he will never use or miss but yet refuses to discard. Hope things get better for you. Hugs, Teri
