I have a lady on my messageboard who has become such a dear friend to me. Her name is Elise and she is a sweetheart. Her husband had pneumonia and was in the hospital. I got word yesterday that he had coded and was basically brain dead. They will have to make a decision in the next day or two about life support and whether to keep him on it or not.
My heart breaks for her and her family. I cannot even begin to imagine the pain of going through this. I talked to her yesterday on the phone and she's handling about as well as you'd expect from someone losing a loved one.
Please keep them in your prayers.

Also, my bff Rachel just lost her father last week to a sudden heart attack.
Please keep her in your prayers as well...

My heart hurts for these dear friends of mine who I cannot do a thing to help.
