I come to you today, with a HEAVY heart. My grandma past away this afternoon. I am so lost, and just can't see how things will ever be normal again. I was with her when she passed, and it was so peaceful, I thank the good Lord for that. Grandma was a very special lady and she made such an inpact on many lives. My daughter is only 7 and I hurt for her. She is so upset and she does not understand. We will make it through this, in time. I wish she were still here, but at least she is not hurting any longer. I just needed to get this out, I thank you for listening. I have a hankie my grandma gave me that I will always cherish, and MANY wonderful memories. Thank you again.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is on you when your children hurt. Your sweet mama's heart just wants to absorb all the pain for them. This is such a hard lesson to learn at such a young age. My heart breaks for you and your dd's pain. I will be lifting you both up in prayer, sweetie. janeen, i am so sorry for your loss, there are never any words to say that will ease your grief, the only thing i can tell you is what i did when i lost my grandparents and parents both. each day we have on this earth is a blessing, we so often take it for granted, your grandma knew how much you loved her and she also knows how special you and your dd are, because you were with her you helped her pass to the other side where she is young again and her body is not frail or hurting. i lost my dad 10 days after i had my first major back surgery and never got to say goodbye., be very thankful you got to say goodbye, its so hard when you don't. god bless you and your family, lifting you and your dd and your whole family up into gods loving hands and know your wonderful grandmother will always be with you. she will always be by your side. we all have guardian angels, some more than one who walk with us thru our life, maybe your grams will be yours. nice thought huh? i know how hard it is to tell your child someone they love has left them never to return, i think you did a awesome job with your child. the next few weeks will be hard, hang in there if you need a ear to talk to pm me, i am here alot too so just pm me or e-mail me if ya need to let it out and not be strong for the babies and the children. we all need to god bless you

Thank you for all the prayers. My Grandmother was an amazing woman. She loved her family so much. She taught us ALL so many things. My dad was the middle child of five and the oldest boy. I was his only child so I spent alot of time with my Grandma. She taught me to cook and garden, and how to do embroydery. She made quilts for each of her kids, and I want to do the same for mine. I hope to be able to keep her memory alive for my kids. I hope to grow up and be like her. I am only in my 30's so I still have a chance. Thank you again.
