Prayers for my SIL..My DD and SIL went up to New Mexico this weekend( I got to babysit the kids)(( spoil the kids)) and bring Grandma and the chili back down for Christmas.
Yesterday DD called and said that SIL dad had died.. Guess they were trying to call him and didn't get an answer, so his sister sent her hubbie to check up on him and found him..
They think that he had a stroke in his sleep..
So need a prayer for SIL and DD is driving (12 hours) to bring Grandma down and pick up the kids and driving back up for the funeral.
She going to take a nap between drive down and back up..

That is so sad Miss Kitty. I know DD will be wore out
by the time the round trip is over.

Thank you everybody..
DD's mom came and got the kids last night.
The kids were spose to be here for Christmas and fly up to NM on the 27th and come back on the 7th of Jan. But now they are staying up there and not coming back till Jan 7th...
DD is coming back on Thursday or Friday with Grandma. Nobody else is coming back down, Not even DD's DH...
I gonna have a Blue Christmas...

 miss kitty, that is soooo sad, sweetie of course they are in my prayers as you also my friend. i know how much you were looking forward to the little ones being there. im so sorry this happened to your family please know we care

Awwwww, sweetie......that's so sad. It's hard not to have family around on Christmas. My parents always come for Christmas but aren't this year because of my mother's hip replacement surgery. I tear up just thinking about it.
It'll be hard but we'll get through it.....won't we?
I'll keep you in my prayers............

Kitty - So sorry to hear about your SIL's dad. It's especially rough when things like that happen right before Christmas. Hope your DD and SIL are doing OK. Know that many here will be praying. God bless. Teri
