Question about a pattern I'm doingOk, this is what it says....
| Quote: | Shape armholes. Inc row (RS) 1 ch, 2sc in 1st sc, [1sc in each sc] to last sc, 2sc in last sc.
Cont in sc, inc in this way at each end of nex 7 RS rows. 63 sts.
** Work 11 rows straight. |
Now does this mean to do 7 rows (in a row) or inc or do ws straight, rs inc?
I'm making this sweater for my mother so I just want to be 100% sure.
It is called Frilly-Edged Sweater from the Readers Digest book 'Crochet in No Time' by Melody Griffiths.
Any help with this would really be appreciated!!
Thanks

You do the inc. on each side of the right side only for 7 rows..
The wrong side just sc across..
so you would be inc. every other row..

Thanks...that's what I thought...but wanted to make sure.
So, I would do *ws straight, rs inc* and that would equal 14 rows...then do 11 more straight....right?
As I said, I'm doing this for my mom so it has to be 'just so'
Thanks

Only increase in the Right side rows so that means you should have 14 rows ok.
