SurgeryI am asking for prayers for myself, I am having surgery on my ankle on 09-20-07. My family is helping out. I am going to be off for several weeks and I am the only one whol can work. My DH is disabled and can not work. My 7 year old DD is very worried and she is scared. We have explained that through pray she can find confort but she is just 7 and gets upset easily. Just pray for me and my family. Thank you.

You all are wonderful. The Dr. says 3-8 weeks. We will just have to wait and see. But the prayers you all are sending will make all the difference.

UpdateI am home. The surgery went well, more extensive then he expected, but well. I am not in any pain YET, but the nerve block is still working and hopefully will be until in the morning. My DD is not home yet but we called her school and they went and told her everything went good and mama would be home when she got home. Thank you all for your prayers and support. I will keep you updated.
