I wouldn't bother myself but so long as you were careful how you washed and stored them they would be useable. There is a site i was visiting i think its called Hillbilly Housewife where she makes her own sanitary products and shes a good 'christaian ' type woman so she has lots of money saving ideas that obviously a lot of like minded ladies are interested in.So its not so strange just we have forgotten what our grandmas used to have to do is all.
