Miss Kitty, did your sweater misbehave?
You've been busy.
Sending LadySnow happy thoughts for her baby coming!
I've got two potholders almost finished, and need to get going on the lap blankets.
A scarf or two might get on the Christmas list.

I am working on baby blankets. I am finishing up on this one and going to start one like it for a little girl today. The girl will be done in lavender, pink, varigated and soft white.
I made up this pattern but maybe need to tweek the color grouping just a tad more

Kahud, that's such a nice blanket. I can just see a little one tracing the designs around and around. Your clickable photos are nifty, too.
I'm so glad you're feeling better!

Thanks you two
It looks so much different in person. The varigated color really pops!

Thanks again everyone! I have done a couple of more rounds on the blanket. I am adding a little of a pink color. Watch...will probably have another boy, but if we do I will just give this blanket to another lady I know that is having a girl. But I do need to get that blanket finished!

Maxine, I am so sorry to hear you are still sick.
LadySnow,counting down the days!
Miss Kitty, your sweater misbehaving!?
Serena, you have been busy, woman!
I'm at a standstill on my sweater, until I review a response I got on Ravelry. I started a pair of socks last week to take with me, didn't work on them at all while I was gone and haven't knit all week!

Thank you Selena, it is just a simple seed or moss stitch, can't remember what you call it
I just did the center color and then started to go in rounds with 3 dc's in the corners
It only takes 8 to 10 hours to make and it turns out to be 37x36.
I am deciding if I need to put one more round in a picot stitch
or maybe in a backward sc or just a sl

I hope everyone feels better.

Kathy, I think the edge looks fine the way it is. Unless you wanted to put a dark border around the last variegated to make it stand out a bit.

The more I look at it the more I think you are right Selena, I think it's finished. I am going to just do a sl st edge to the outside in maybe the dark blue, that should set it off just right. I am going to do a dab of it with the multi color and dark to see which looks best.
Thanks for the idea of maybe doing it with the dark that
may make the multi pop even more.
