I got my first four done. I am using variegated. Do you
think that will look ok, or should I be doing a solid color? |

Alrighty, I have my second set of rows done. You know, it's kind of fun to just to be able to do a few rows at a time....takes the pressure of 'I have to get this done' or 'just one more row' out of the equation.
I'm enjoying this.
btw...are we supposed to guess what this is or not? |

hmmm, i'm having issue with row 7??
In row 6, you end up doing 9 sc in between the ch4's and then in row 7, you work the sc, sc tog through 2 x 3, sc over 8 sc. Did I miss something??????? |

i think the pattern is wrong. I frogged it
all back to round 4 and started all over again.
I made sure to use my stitch marker.
I'm still having an issue on round 7...
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
How many sc on round 5?? I have 56
How many sc on round 6?? I have 70.
1,2 3 4,5 6,7
Rnd 6: sc in next 2 st, sc next 2 st tog, *(2 sc, ch 4, 2 sc) in ch 4 space,
8 9,10,11 12
sc next 2 st tog, sc in next 3 st, sc next 2 st tog, repeat from * around 6
13...66 67,68 69,70
more times; end with (2 sc, ch 4, 2 sc) in ch 4 space.
what that means is that when you start round 7,
the first repeat will work but then the rest of the repeats
leave a sc out from rnd 6. do we skip a sc somewhere????
am i making any sense? |

I was scratching my head on round 7 too. I had 9 stitches . . . the the pattern only uses up 8 stitches. I ended up skipping the 1st sc and working it that way for the round.
Once I did that, the next round worked out ok. |
