Hey Kathy, I made the square both ways. The instructions were very clear and the pattern was easy to follow. I would show pics, but I am using the pattern for the BAM swap!
Thanks for letting me test your pattern! |

Kathy,
Your 'Sage' square jumped ship and is now purple!
This is done with the alternate round 8. For some reason I was thinking that the alternate was the way it was supposed to be because the original was 'wrong' or something. I'll do it again with the original round 8.
I had some trouble but it had NOTHING to do with your pattern. I'm trying very hard to crochet loose but when I do my stitches end up a bit uneven. (As you can see in the pic.) *sigh* I'll keep working on that. I don't know why I cannot crochet loosely!
Also...I PM'd you with a possible change so you might want to take a look at that.
This square is my favorite! I just love the way it looks! So pretty and it was fun to work up!

AHHHHH, that turned out so pretty Gina. My fav colors has to be the soft purples and orchids and lavendars and raspberries.............. Well, you know
Yup, it should read ch 5 sp, thanks for catching that for me hun.
Hey everyone, in round 7, all of the ch 3 sp, should be ch 5 sp
THIS: (5 hdc in next ch 3 sp,)
SHOULD BE
THIS: (5 hdc in next ch 5 sp,)
ch 5 sp, instead of ch 3 sp |

| Kathy, I'm sorry, but I have just not been able to make your square yet. My son is getting over a bug and we are home-schooling (to my dd chagrin). Hopefully I will be able to make the square tomorrow night! |

Kathy,
I finished your square over the weekend, but haven't got a pic yet. (I keep forgetting to charge the camera battery!)
I'll try to get one up as soon as I can. It was a fun pattern. I used the same color as the Autumn square, but ran out for the last round. I ended up using Hunter Green for the last round. DH said it looks like Christmas!
Finally got the picture taken . . . .
