Sorry all I forgot about Wip's Wednesday last week..
So, some of you probably have things finished by now. But we still want to hear about it...
Me-
- Just have 1/2 inch more to do on Hubbies Magic Loop toe up socks..
This was taken when I had couple inches left to go. They look really big!!
- Mystery Sock KAL - working on Clue#1
- Working on some Baby hats, socks and mittens for chairty. (using up my leftover sock yarn)
- Yea, and I'll be pulling out Big D's blanket, soon..

I just finished up crocheting a couple of chemo caps for the charity drive at DFW Fiber Fest. I started a knitted tank project.

I have about 1/4 of the front done. I'm using cottontots and it will be cute, I think! |

Kathy, it is some Bernat Cottontots called Easter Parade. It's 100% cotton so it will be good for summer. I learned to purl in the back loop, learned an M1P. But for the most part it is knit one row, purl one row.

I finished the back and started on the front last night. So, I am hoping to have this done by the end of the week. That's my goal anyway! Thanks for the support!

Oh! Your knitted top is going to be beautiful. Did you just start knitting? I plan to learn over the summer. Good luck with the top. I finished the hangers for Amy(daughter-in-law). Booties. There are so many things I want to do. Well let's face it we crocheters are that way. Been working to much. Will start the doily this week.

Maxine, yes, I just learned to knit. I tried to teach myself a few years back but couldn't get the hang of it. Then You Tube came along! Every time I need to learn a new stitch, I go to see if there is a video! And there is!

Selena, My grandson's showed me youtube and I fell in love with it. When bored or to tired to do anything else I go to you tube and watch tutorals. I even watched the Japenese ones and turned the sound off and with Kathy's help I mastered Amigurami. I plan to sit down this summer with tutorals and master knitting. Your top is lovely. Good Luck!!!!!!
