I was posting and forgot that it was Wednesday..

I guess that the week just went by to fast..
So, What is everybody working on this week?

Me:

Still working on my "with a Twist"and Hugs and kisses socks.

Started working on an afghan. Knitting modular squares and started with 5 1/2 inch squares
but tried a smaller square. So I'm at 2 1/2 in square
and Hubbie and I like that better..

Finished the Seraphina Shawl for my MIL.
( Hubbie finished his Cross-stitch picture of him and his 3 of his brothers. His mom called them "Her Banditios".)(( There are 10 boys in the family and 3 girls)) So I thought that when he ships it out he can send mine, too..

Shawl, socks, and an afghan!  Very impressive Miss Kitty.

I've been busy with the rain and its effects this last week.

Will be picking the crocheting up again soon.

I am slipping into project overload again... (sigh)

I got bored of the Earl Grey socks and haven't worked on them for a while.

Finished a couple dishcloths.

Started a BICO sweater (Baby It's Cold Outside) to RAOK someone with. Ran out of yarn. (I knew I would.)

Now I am looking for a pattern to make a shawl to RAOK someone with, who is very ill. I don't have any yarn to make one with, though. (Sigh) So...  I will probably work on some things I need to finish. Like my Simply Striped Shrug. Which I don't want to do anymore, either; but I'm supposed to be testing the pattern.

And I'm not supposed to be doing any of this, I'm supposed to be doing homeschooling with the kids...

Can I run away?  Are moms allowed?

Miss Kitty, your Seraphina Shawl is so pretty! I never could figure that pattern out. Maybe I'll give it a go again someday. I really like that shawl.

Wow, everyone is busy!  I am doing the one sweater project.  I turned in the helmet liners to the meetupgroup, but haven't gone to get more yarn for another.

Me too Tina, but Amy has re-written it so you can understand the pattern better.
I made one from this re-write and it is much easier to understand.

Thank you, Mom w/a Motif.
I had better luck looking at the pictures then reading that pattern for the Seraphine.

I forgot to add my dishcloths.

They are Hubbie tested and approved. My hubbie liked it and they dry faster then with worsted weight. And friends Hubbie said they got a gold star..

Did you use those two strands of size 10 cotton? That's a good idea. It looks great, too.

Nice Miss Kitty
Now, if I can get my hubby to do the dishes for me, that would be nicer

Crocheting the Mainstays afghan, the Filet Crochet Hearts afghan & the 2 star-shaped afghans.  Also knitting a dog sweater and a purple throw.  I'm sure I'll find other things as I dig.
