Suzee, hot tea, muffins and ginger sound nice.

Hot tea every morning here.  Once in a while I'll drink herbal tea in the afternoon or evening to help with the warm and cozy. An electric radiator in the room helps, and sometimes a heating pad on the chair back.

No muffins lately, but have been melting cheese on rye crackers in the toaster oven lately.

Yesterday was warm enough that folks were outside doing things.  I noticed when we drove past a golf course yesterday that the parking lot was full.

The forecast is for the low 60s today, so it'll be nice for walking.

It's been sunny here all day and we are now up to 60 degrees. I haven't went outside as of yet today (not feeling up to it) but I am going to force myself out for a walk here in a little while.

I am not much of a tea person. I like cold drinks just as much as I do warm or hot. When I want that warm up feeling I just fix me up a cup of Roma, cuddle up on the sofa and sometimes watch a good movie. If there isn't any on I browse the net for garden tips and idea's, recipes and the like. That is as good to me as a good book is for some

My oldest is on the phone right now telling me that it is suppose to be snow in Texarkana too and then we will be getting storms here tomorrow with rain. We are getting up into the 70's today then we are going to do good to get up into the 50's tomorrow.

It's March

We had over 5 inches of snow on Saturday night.  Talk about weird!  Sunday was cloudy, windy cold and only 45.  Now today the weather is supposed to be warm and sunny! And 63!

We had a sneak preview of lovely, warm, sunny weather for a couple of days.  The cherry trees and Japanese magnolias are blooming, and we're due for some freezing temps at night again.

Everyone is ready for warm!

It was cold and rainy down here on Saturday. Only in the low 40's.
Sunday was sunny and 63. Going to be in the 70's today and the rest of the week..

Suzee ~ My MIL said that I-40 was shut down. They could see all the big rigs back up waiting til it opened up again..I guess the other (East) side of the mountains got a bunch of snow...

We had rain for the most part yesterday, in the 50's and down into the upper 40's last night. We still have overcast today with 30% chances of rain today and into the night.

We actually had a few snow flurries here last night around 10:00pm!

I can't wait for the warm to get here, and stay here!!

Miss Kitty...yep...it was.  East Mountains always get the brunt of it.

My roses are showing a bit more life.  And, there is that one little miniature daffodil that popped out of the bed by the rosemary.
