I am in need of 2 comfortghans |

I have never asked for help in this way
before, so not sure of the ins and outs.
Here's some info on whats happening.
My mother "figure" is Liz. I love her to
bits. If it wasn't for her guidance and love,
I don't know where I'd be....
Her mother just passed last week.
Gloria, Lizs' sister lives in AZ.
Their mom had to be in a home due
to the medical care needed. Gloria
took care of her for as long as she could.
Liz has a special needs son, so already,
has a lot on her plate. The are both
such wonderful women, and I am truly
blessed to have them in my life.
Gloria is now staying with Liz, and is not doing well.
Liz says she's ok, but I know she is hurting.
I know you don't know these women, but if you did,
they would always be in your hearts.
I would like to make 2 comfortghans, one for each.
Could any of you please help me? I'm thinking of
using white . Red heart should be fine.
If you do help, I would like for you to maybe put in
a little note, so they can see how special you all are.

UPDATE:
Thank you for your help Lisa! :)
White red Heart or like yarn would be fine.
I will go with Lisas suggestion, and use 12'
squares. If I could have them by June 12,
and then hope to have them joined by that Friday.(16)

Sonia, I'm so sorry that people
you love so much are hurting.
I would be happy to help.
What size squares do you want,
and when do you need them by?
You are sweet to care for them so much.
I hope the 'ghans will help remind them
of how much they are loved.

Sonia,
12" squares are likely best that way it makes it more uniform.
Usually you ask people to send a square and if you have a color, like
you do, ask for that too.
You are a very kind person and I'm sorry to hear about your loved ones.
I would be happy to send a square for each 'ghan' as son as you let us know
the full details.

I updated the original post.
I will also say here. Red heart or

I just dont want to rush anyone.:) Also, about that time,
friends and cards and such have tapered off, so I think
it would the most useful time.(for them) They would be more
"alone" so to speak.
And again, is it ok to ask for a little note saying you helped
in their ghans? I know they don't know you, and you
dont know them....I just want them to know how great you
are for taking part.

Liz is still sounding strong, but says Gloria
looks like she's aged about ten years.
I'm just going to keep praying that
