SWAP RULES AND GUIDELINES
Please Take The Time To Read Before Joining Any Swap.

(Requirement #1)
1) You will be required to have made a
minimum of 40 postings on this board
(Starting Now: September 10, 2006)
before you can enter any of it's Swaps, The Mystery Box.....or the like.....
Where you are involved in making a commitment to another member.

(Requirement #2)
2) ALWAYS thank your partner
by posting it on the board
when you receive your package!
Their "gift" took time to make.

ALSO
It Lets others in the swap know as well
by posting it on the board
when you have sent your package!

(Requirement #3)
3) The postings of all packages sent and recieved
MUST be posted on the board to keep swap coordinators/administrators
informed and updated.
As well as being a courteousy to all who are in the
swap.
A package is not assumed to have been sent
because you have said that it has, but only when
it has also been recieved.

(Would Highly Recomend)
(NOTE:) Send your packages using
Delivery Confirmation. This will confirm being sent,
as well as being delivered.

(Requirement #4)
(All Pull Outs Weighed Fully And Soley On The Merrits Of Each Case)
You will not be banned from CrochetMania If ever you have the
need to arrise that you may have to pull out of a swap,
each case will be considered on it's merrits.
The Hall Of Shame Is For those in such cases that the Administrators
deem appropriate
after all has been thoroughly weighed in each case.
But You must make sure to
notify the swap coordinator or an administrator if this happens.

if the case merrits

After you and the Administration have agreed on how
you are to rectify your situation, then and only then will
one be considered.
IF GRANTED:
You will be allowed to enter another swap
after 6 months has elapsed,
at which time you will then be allowed to join again.

To be a good swap partner,
Always be prompt in providing the required information to your swap
coordinator, and always be sure that all of information is complete
(address) and correct when signing up for any swap.

Always be sure to be as prompt as possible on all of the deadlines for your
mail outs. COMMUNICATION to your swap coordinator and or/administrators
is
always key
to any swap if any problems may arrise.............and allows the swap to stay
updated and current at all times.

And Always Remember That Another Key To Being A Good Swapper Is:
Keep your postings and communications up to date and always current.
