I got a new book for Looms..
"Loom Knitting Primer" by Isela Phelps..
It talks about the different kinds of looms and the different gauges you get with them..
Then goes on to show you how to use them AND the best part is how to knit and purl, different bind-offs, Making I-Cord, How to fix mistakes, Shaping, Garter stitch and making cables and color changes.... Has over 30 projects..
Now I can't wait to get my WIP's done to start playing with my looms....
Going to try the socks first..Or maybe the cables..

| You lucky duck i have to wait to get my friend to buy it for me and post it all the way to Australia. Isela has had this book in the works for a while she is a goddess of loom knitting. Have you seen her and Denises new ezine called Loom Knitters Circle yet? Its wonderful and has patterns and articles and a forum to discuss loomy projects. |

Finally i got a copy HOORAY its wonderful i can't recommend it highly enough. Its the Bible of loom knitting. I am now going to try to make my first ever socks and have just got the sock looms from DALooms so doing the happy dance!
