I would love to learn the afghan stitch, but now isn't a good time for me.
I love those picture afghans and other items made from it.

We can start some chart crochet.
I think afghan stitch is sort of boring. But the entrelac crochet that I'm doing is done in the afghan stitch is pretty kool.. You just have to keep watch on what you are doing so that you don't make extra rows,, like I do...
