My second cousin has been in and out of the hospital with heart surgeries. I sent her a card the first time she had to go in, and now I am sending her another one. I wanted to make *something* for her (that I could put in the envelope). I was thinking maybe she could catch up on some reading while she is in the hospital. So I sent this bookmark.
I should send her a gift certificate for a bookstore, too. I don't know what kinds of books she likes to read.
She is the same age as our oldest son. There were three babies in the family all born within months of each other. Maybe four. I hope she will be all right.

Very nice work. It is a joy to give something that is pretty but useful too! WTG!
