It is not the Hall Of Shame.

This thread is here as a courtesy to the ALL MEMBERS
that are in the swaps .
To help keep them updated. To let them know we are
trying to contact you and find out for them what is going
on with their swap partner.

And Is Also To Give You A Heads Up That We Need To
Hear From You

when:
Time has elapsed and,
NO REPLY AS OF YET TO COORDINATOR/ADMIN
1) After repeated PM's and or E-mails have failed to get a response
back from you AS TO WHY you have not posted a thank you
in due time to your partner.
You are posted here while we are in the process of requesting
a reply and updating if any, or if none.

when:

item out,----in order to update this board

When you are posted here, it is only because of
the above aforementioned having occured.

And Remember, this thread is just a way to inform the others
when time has pasted and no reply. The other members
have to be updated
and so do we
as to the problem that you might be having
in being able to fullfill all of your commitment to the swap.
It is not much to ask and is expected by ALL MEMBERS IN A SWAP.
It is a courtesy to them and is one of the REQUIREMENTS
when you commit to a swap----contact coordinator
and or/admin. , when you are delayed for any reason.

You will have 3 days to contact either the coordinator or the admin
to update them as to why on both accounts stated here above.....
it is up to your to do so,
and
no re-lays through others.
We have to take your response.

Example: Why No Relays
Say, what if they tell us something untrue,
even when their best intentions were not to,
say they still got what you wanted them to tell us
wrong in some way,
are we doing right by you then if we follow through
on what they relayed from you,
and it be something that goes against you?
No, this is not what any good administrator would do,
and this is why
you must be the one to contact us,
even through Snail Mail if need be.

It is only when you still do not reply after being posted in
this thread that the Hall Of Shame Is Even Considered.

Just all of a sudden we didn't see you in here anymore.

Lisa and I have PM'ed and e-mailed to you, and we haven't heard back.
Is all OK?

Give us a yell and let us know, we don't want you in the Hall Of Shame youngin so get back to as soon as you can

We are really worried about you, it isn't like you to just drop from the face of the earth like that, please give a yell soon and let us know if you are OK.

I have heard back from Gina

She is OK, sheeeeeew, that's load off this feeble brain of mine

She lost her computer

It went Kaflewy!!

She has gotten a new one and it is just now up and running. She is
in the process of getting it all set up with her info and such in it and will be busy too over the weekend.

Said she sure didn't mean to leave us not knowing if she was OK,
she just couldn't get on a computer at the library (like she thought
she might could) and let us know.

We all sure have missed you girl

and look forward to seeing you back in here on monday

I am jealious, I wish I had a new computer

She has not posted on the board or in her swap lately
and
her swap partner has not recieved her swap item yet.

Heads up my dear,
let us know what's going on with you,
and update your swap partner on her package. Let her know
please when to expect it to arrive.

Hope all is OK with you hun, just give someone a yell and let
them know you are OK.

Contact has been made.
Due to medical conditions that were beyond her control, she
was not able to contact or fullfil her previous swap commitment.

She has been granted a FULL REPRIEVE
and will be able to join in swaps again in the near future.
