Hi. I need some help please. I am trying to knit a baby afgan. I put it on a circular needle. Now it seems to me that I tried to make something before a bag I think and I had to join it to make a tube. If I just knitted I got a stockinette stitch. This afgan isn't joined and it calls for garter stitch to start off with. Do I knit it all or knit a row and purl a row? I hope this makes sense. Thanks:)
