... I just don't think I ever took a picture of them. These are the first pair I knit him (I am knitting him another pair right now), which he never wears (which is why I told him, "You never even wear the first pair I knit you!"...) He says he will when it gets cold enough out.

Those are very nifty socks.
So, when does it get cold there? |

From about the end of November to February-ish. About May it is already hot again, here.

MwaM, your DH really will have a chance to wear them!
I got out my winter house shoes this morning, with thick sturdy soles and lambswool inside. I do like them.
I ought to go to the thrift stores and look for a longer winter bathrobe. I like the ones that are ankle length.
When I took a walk yesterday, I noticed that some were still running the AC, and there I was with a jacket on!
Cool weather means more crocheting..... |

| We were still in the 90s day before yesterday. Today it is supposed to be a high of 74 because of a weak cold front and rain, which we really needed. Although we didnt need the flooding. |

Nice socks!!
Good job.
I was sitting on my chair last night and told hubbie my toes were getting cold. Had to put on a pair of socks. |

You know what is really strange to me, is I *always* use to wear socks. Not since we moved here! I hardly ever wear them, either. I have been wearing my really cool Mary Jane slippers a couple times lately though, Miss Kitty.
Yesterday it was 98 here, I don't know what the high was; today the high is 101.
