Yummy Good!
I made these for our supper this evening and they are sooo good!
I did not add any salt,
and just put in a couple TBSP's of GrapeSeed Oil (great for high heat, won't change the molecular structure of the oil)
Oh yeah, I did not add an egg. I find that the oil works great! Just a tablespoon of oil would do OK too.
Eggs are naturally high in salt (about 160mg to 170mg per eggs)
and a tad of oil is OK
After I put the taters in the bag, I then drizzled in the oil,
then the spices. Shake and bake
