Knitting A Sweater! |

I got my Knit Picks yarn order! I started this sweater:

It is a top down garment, so I am hoping to get it done in three weeks. We'll see! I am using Knitpicks Wool of the Andes Worsted in Amethyst Heather. It is a a really pretty color. Technique I am learning with this pattern is Cables. Otherwise all the stitches are standard everyday knitting and purling and a few M1 knit and purl.
The tricky part is making sure you are doing the left front band when you are supposed to be doing the left front band and doing the right front band when you are supposed to be doing the right front band. I marked the left front with a tag with LEFT written on it so I don't get confused!
Anyhow, I am pretty excited about it!
