Another nice site for both Dial-up and Broadband is -
http://www.theknittingsite.com/ -look over to your left
and you will see the Video button. The site is nicely
set up and has a nice amount of information on it.
Here is another video site - this site doesn't seem
to have any sound.

This site has the basics and more. The only annoying
item to note is that you have a pop-up ad from quicktime
pro... you can just click "tell me later" and it goes away.
http://www.arcadiaknitting.com/tutorials.html - when
I tried the videos they all started at the highest volume.
So remember to not jump out of your seat when the
video starts... it startled me!
